The awaited time finally came last night with  Lots of expectations was to be seen at the Grammy awards night as fans from Africa wished they saw  their favorite stars like Wizkid and kah-Lo, good to know they Were present at  the Grammys but so unfortunate that wizkid did not win any award and Neither did Kah-Lo won any….The 59th Annual Grammy Awards are a wrap. The ceremony took place in Los Angeles on Sunday yesterday and it was a huge night for Adele who took home album and song of the year.

The Grammys considered by all to be music’s most important award show for the first time two Nigerians in its Nominees list – Wizkid nominated for his work on Drake’s One Dance in the Album of the year category and Kah-Lo for her work on DJ Riton’s Rinse and Repeat in the Best dance recording category.
Sadly, they didn’t win. Wizkid and Drake lost out to Adele and Kah-Lo and Riton lost out to The Chainsmokers.
